Kelly Rutherford, star of the hit show “Gossip Girl,” is embroiled in a bitter dispute with ex-husband Daniel Giersch over their two children, who live with him in France. Kelly tells TODAY’s Savannah Guthrie that she hopes get full custody of her kids.
