WARMUP 2 minutes walk 4mph 2 minutes walk 4mph on 2% incline 2 minutes 0% incline 2 minutes 4% incline 2 minutes 0% incline 2 minutes 6% incline etc. Go to 8% incline then work backwards until you are done.
